APPLICATION PROCESS

Things you will need before you begin the submission process:

• URL and a title for your submission: Ensure the URL is active and accessible throughout the competition period.
• Description and teaser texts for your submission: The description (10K max characters) should provide a comprehensive overview for the judging committee, while the teaser (2k max characters) will be used for public display if you win.
• Credits information: Include all relevant contributors. The winner entrant profile will be created according to this information, and the winning works will be listed under this profile.
• Contact details: (Name, Email, Address) Ensure these are up-to-date for any correspondence.
• Optional additional credits: List any other contributors or influences relevant to your submission.
• Payment method: Be ready to provide payment information.

Additional Tips:

• Review and proofread: Double-check all information for accuracy and completeness before submitting.
• Submission confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after submission. Please check your spam folder or contact us if you have not received it.
• Submission deadline: Be mindful of the submission deadline (April 24, 2026) to ensure your work is considered.
